project PENNSYLVANIA coalition members |
The Pennsylvania Veterinary
Medical Association is committed to making a difference through its project
PENNSYLVANIA Campaign. We hope to partner with stakeholder organizations,
institutions, and agencies to solve the veterinary shortage. One of the steps
will be formation of the project PENNSYLVANIA Coalition. This Coalition will
work together to speak with a unified voice on the problem and possible
solutions when working with the veterinary community, agribusinesses, industry,
legislators, and the public. We invite you to join the coalition and be an
integral part of this initiative.
To become a Coalition member, stakeholder organizations need to:
- be willing to lend their organization’s name to the campaign as a supporter of
the efforts.
- provide a minimum contribution of $100 to help offset start-up
costs of the campaign. Additional financial support from organizations may be
requested as financial means allow the organizations to assist but is not a
condition of becoming a member.
- attend coalition meetings to plan different
phases of the campaign and develop consensus on strategies.
- support the legislative, educational, and public relations aspects of the project.
If you
would like to become a Coalition member, please contact Charlene Wandzilak at
1.888.550.7862 or send an email to cwandzilak@pavma.org.
